“I guess you can say that I am a traveling kid, I have been doing it for almost as long as I can remember.” Largo – Age 15.
Everyday life for Largo is unique as each day evolves. One day he is waking up to the launch of 200 hot air balloons in Cappadocia, Turkey and the next he is wishing his troubles away at a Shinto shrine in Kyoto. Largo has evolved from a suburban-born first grader to a Third Culture Kid in the span of six years and has not skipped a beat.
One of the best parts of Largo is that he has experienced so much in very little time that he is able to survive in practically any social or cultural situation. His flexible and easy-going personality is perfectly coupled with a sense of humor that can leave the most jaded in stitches.
Having been in the educational systems of North America, Central America, South America and France before eventually becoming 100% WorldSchooled, Largo has developed an understanding of cultures and people that allows him to enter any situation and thrive.
On WorldTowning Voyages trips, Largo can be seen translating for guests (he speaks fluent French and Spanish), running trivia challenges on the bus as we go to different locations, DJing or engaging with everyone and sharing stories.
